HOW TO

• Remove existing nail lacquer with OPI Expert Touch Remover
• Trim and shape nails by filing in one direction only to prevent breakage
• Push back the cuticles
• Apply a base coat OPI Base Coat
• Apply two coats of Nail Lacquer with one shade of OPI Nail Lacquer
• Apply the finishing coat with the OPI Top Coat
• For a manicure that's dry to the touch in minutes, apply 2 drops of OPI DripDry to each nail
