how to use

• Once a week, after shampooing, pour Swimmers crystals across wet palm
• Rub hands together
• Activate crystals with water 
• Mix and form into a paste
• Apply to hair
• Leave in for up to 5 minutes
• Rinse abundantly
• Shampoo again
• Rinse thoroughly
• Apply conditioner
• Rinse
