BlondMe's Premium Lightener 9+ is a high-performance powder lightener that provides up to 9 levels of lift on natural and coloured hair. It offers perfect neutralization thanks to it's anti-yellow-agents which directly target the pheomelanin in hair to avoid unwanted warm or yellow undertones.

How To Use
- Always use in combination with BLONDME® Premium Developers.
- Mix 1:1.5 to 1:2.5 (Ex: 30g BLONDME Premium Lightener 9+ and 45-75 mL BLONDME Premium Developer).
- On-Scalp Application : BLONDME Premium Developer 2% (7 Vol.) or 6% (20 Vol.).
- Off-Scalp Application : BLONDME Premium Developer 9% (30 Vol.).
- Apply to dry hair and let develop for 20 to 45 minutes.
- Additional heat is not recommended.
- Visually check progress during development time.

- For gentle lightening and optimal time control, use BLONDME Premium Developer 2% (7 Vol.).
- Check visually every 5 minutes.
